A YEAR LEASE Landlord Tenant
Fees (2) 1 rent a rent
(1): Agency for payment of fees: 50% compromise, 50% to the final act
(2): Agency for payment of fees: 100% upon signing the lease
NB1: The price of goods for sale and for rent in the year does not include the agency fee
NB2: the Holiday Rentals are listed fees included.
